Refund buyer / cancel order
I am unable to cancel an order a buyer placed. I haven’t been able to ship the item for over a month. EBay is not allowing me or the buyer to cancel. I haven’t tried contacting eBay by requesting a call, but they are unable to reach me for some reason. Is there a way to speak with an actual agent

Mentor10 months agoWhy did it need to be cancelled in the first place?
All you need do is click on the refund link in drop down menu, this can be done up to 90 days from date of sale.

Mentor10 months agoIf it's been over a month it's too late to cancel as you only have up to 30 days after the order date to cancel
