Refund but did not use Ebay postage so now wont allow me to process
I brought two tiffany bracelets from a seller on the understanding I could return one due to which ever one fitted. All Comms were good and quick. I contacted the seller within 24hrs of receiving the items and he asked me to do an official return which I did. The return Ebay postage was only £3.45 and the chain was £325.00 so I did not use the ebay label instead paid £12 and did Royal Mail Insured with 1pm next day delivery.
The User uses a PO box and he confirmed that was the correct adress. I sent it and now the Royal Mail are saying he contacted them as he was not going to be there and its now seven days later and they are still holding the item for him.
So Zero contact from him and Ive messaged everyday.
My problem is as I did not use the Ebay label it still shows on Ebay as not sent and then I cannot process my claim any further at present.
Any Suggestions how I do this or contact Ebay. Ive tried the AI chat but same results

Mentor5 months agoAll items should be returned via eBay's return process.
You could contact eBay and explain what you've done, but I suspect that RM will end up sending the bracelet back to you.
I’ve found that the easiest route to contact eBay Customer Services is via the link below, where you can request a call back:
