Refund and postage label
I have prepaid postage for a return, buyer has said they can’t find the postage label and refund is showing as closed on my eBay. What do I do?

I have prepaid postage for a return, buyer has said they can’t find the postage label and refund is showing as closed on my eBay. What do I do?

Mentor1 week agoIf a refund has been issued and the return case closed that means the buyer is not required to return the item. If it was damaged in transit and you used ebay's Simple Delivery ebay issue the refund themselves, you keep the payment and item does not have to be sent back.
If you want it back and the buyer is co-operative you can send them a paid-for postage label or QR code for a label bought from a courier website. That would be an off-ebay arrangement though.
