Refund to buyer just noted - 'don't worry you won't have to do anything and you won't get the item back either'.....not a word of explanation......I am absolutely seething and will be on the phone to Ebay first thing

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you used Simple Delivery ebay refund the buyer (for loss or damage in transit) and you keep the payment. The item is not returned.
