Refund and damaged items

I payed goid money for a controller and transmission qnd it set a fire taking time I look into my car said it would it melted and damaged new rc car mate so need my money and the damaged my rc cars

You only have 30 days from purchase to open a not as described case, to get refund of purchase cost. After 30 days ebay will not help.

As far as damage goes, was the seller a business seller and was there any warranty, if so I suggest contacting citizens advice. If a private seller to get compensation would probably need legal action, as no way to make seller pay up for damage.
