Refund an InPost label
Sorry if this has been asked many times before, I had a quick look.
InPost have marked my parcel as missing, after giving me a complete runaround they told me to refund my buyer and contact Ebay to refund the label.
I have refunded my buyer (before they can complain) but I can't find how to refund my postage label
Any help would be appreciated

Mentor1 week agoWas this simple delivery? In which case you have gone about it in entirely the wrong way.

OP1 week agoYes it was, your going to say I shouldn't have refunded the buyer first?

Mentor1 week agoYep, correct, that is , you were incorrect in refunding the buyer!
With Simple Delivery, a buyer opens a case for item not received, eBay refund the buyer and you get to keep the payment for the item.
No way to retrieve this now, and hopefully it wasn't an expensive learning curve
Worth understanding How Simple Delivery works especially with refunds, if you wish to continue selling on eBay, I've added the explanation in a link here:

Mentor1 week agoYes that is correct. Simple Delivery includes loss in the post, which buyer opens a not received case, and EBAY refunds, not the seller.
Once you have refunded I doubt you will get anywhere with ebay.
