Refund after cancellation of return!
Seller asks me to cancel my return first, then he will pay my refund! Does it look right? He says he doesn't need to send the item back. Thank you for your help 🙏

Mentor3 weeks agoDO NOT cancel the case for any excuse.
Its a tactic for you to close so the seller doesn't have to refund you. There is an option for the seller to refund you in full without the return of the item.
If they do not refund on day four escalate with eBAy for a refund, NOT the seller.

Mentor3 weeks agoNo once cancelled there is nothing more you can do through ebay. Seller is hoping you will fall for this and let him off the hook.
If you have opened a proper return case, if seller does not refund within 3 days on day 4 you escalate to ebay.
You say he does not want it returned, that is probably to save having to pay for the postage.
