Refund after a death
My son made a purchase but died a week later , the company agreed a refund but we don’t have access to his PayPal and his bank account is closed so how do we get the refund

Mentor10 months agoWhen someone dies their bank accounts are frozen and there is a legal process to be followed before any monies can be released, either according to the will or the rules on intestacy.
You will find information about what to do on this Government web site: https://www.gov.uk/when-someone-dies
You could also have a word with Citizen's Advice, who will have experience in guiding prople throught this common situation.
