Refund a seller for cancellation
Hi all
I've been away on holiday and stupidly didn't update my eBay settings. This has resulted in someone purchasing an item then cancelling it as they realised the postage being offered wasn't quick enough for them to receive the item. Due to being away I'd missed all the notifications and the cancellation. I've logged on this morning and it's not giving me an option to refund the money back to the buyer does anyone know how to do this please

Mentor6 days agoHas your buyer opened an eBay item not received claim?

Mentor6 days agoThe cancellation request will have timed out so the only option now is for the buyer to claim item not received.

Mentor6 days agoIf the 'Send refund' button is missing from the order details (and I am surprised that it is if the cancellation request has timed out) then I can't see a way forward here except for your buyer to open an eBay item not received claim. When they do, you'll see a 'Refund' button there.
