Hello,
I accidentally placed an order and have now cancelled it. I would like to ask how and when I will receive my refund and whether the money will be refunded to my original payment method.

Here on UK eBay a seller can refuse a cancellation.
If accepted eBay will send you a message that your refund is being made, have you received this?
Again here, refunds go back to original payment source, with a credit card payment this can take 30 days, no idea if it's the same in Switzerland.

The seller should now send the item.
