Refund
I sold an item to someone and they want a refund but I haven't received payment to refund them because it's on hold wth a delivery company until I confirm it's been sent. How do I receive the payment so I can send a full refund?

Mentor3 days agoRefund has to be made first, money will then be released shortly afterwards.

Mentor3 days agoIf you cancel the transaction ebay will take the money from your balance or payment source and you will keep the payment when it clears.
