Refund
Hi there,
I ordered and paid for an item on 4th July. It still hasn't been posted. No reply from the seller when I asked for an update.
Ebay wont let me cancel the order because they say the seller has posted the item. But on tracking it says they haven't, they've just generated a number. It also now says that delivery is expected on 17th July.
Is there another way I can cancel the order and get a refund?

You can open item not received case 1 day later, escalate on day 4.

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.
