Refund
I have been issued a refund and they have closed the case but the money has not gone into my account
I am unable to get any response as it says the case is closed and I should have received the money
Any suggestions please ?

Mentor5 months agoRefunds return to the source of the original payment and can take a while. If you used your debit card the money will return to your bank account in about 7 days. Credit card refunds return to card in up to 30 days although usually quicker.
