Refund
hi there I’ve been trying to get a refund on a decision that they’ve made against an item that has not arrived at my address. I’ve appealed against it and they still decided that they were not going to refund me. This is disgraceful behavior. I paid for the item. The item did not arrive. It has not arrived at my address. They left it outside the house and somebody taken my responsibility. They should not leave things outside your house without your permission if that’s the case so they need to refund you. I did not understand why or

Mentor5 months agoNeither eBay, a selling platform or your seller left your parcel outside your house.
Was it Royal Mail delivery? Ask your postman where they left the item, it could be in a safe place somewhere around your property or with a neighbour?
Unfortunately, if left in full view items do get stolen, but a seller cannot be responsible for where the item was left, so if tracking showed delivery to your address, they will not have to refund you.
