Refund
I needed to return a second hand interior car part to the seller (a car dismantler) as it was the wrong colour, I emailed the seller via ebay and he said it was OK to return it so I did via Dpd, inside the parcel is the paypal invoice as requested by the seller on his ebay listing. I didn't use the return option in the ebay options as I wasn't aware of that option. Anyway dpd delivered the item and I have proof of delivery and even a image of the parcel at their end. But the seller hasn't refunded me, ive contacted the seller and he said he's looking in to it but still no refund. When I go onto ebay it says start the refund process but I can't as I have already posted it. What can I do?

Mentor6 months agoOpen the return on ebay and use the postage label to send a copy of the proof of delivery of the item to the seller. The delivery of that should trigger the refund on ebay.
