Refund
Hi
Would appreciate any advice. I purchased a signed photo - it arrived damaged and the seller acknowledged that the item had been damaged before sending. I opened a return request and ebay sent a label for me to return it. I then received a message from the seller saying that I do not need to return it and I will still get my refund but every time I go to the status of the return it says I must return item. I cant seem to find any way of contacting ebay about this.

Mentor6 months agoUse the label, seller is just playing for time so that he does not have to refund. Return and once delivered if no refund after 3 full days escalate to ebay.
If he says he does not want it returned then why is he not just refunding it is simple enough.
