Refund
I have been waiting for a refund since February for faulty goods
all they offer is excuses after excuses ( we over looked your case, it’s with the finance team, we tried refunding your bank they don’t have my bank details ) eBay are not interested as it’s past 30 days
I can no longer give negative feedback back any help

Mentor10 months agoPlease read eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy, it's written on every listing and I've added it on the link below, it can save you a lot of time and money, when buying on eBay.

I also suspect your bank won't help after all this time, but worth contacting them.
