Refund
Hello, I receieved a damaged item which the seller refunded me in full. This refund was issued on 5th Nov and is showing on my purchases as refunded. It is now the 15th and I have not recieved anything into my bank. I have contacted the seller and he assured me that everything his end was refunded and Ebay issues the payment etc. I have double checked my payment details in my account and the card method is the one used and all correct. Suggestions please

Mentor10 months agoOnce eBay notify you the refund is made, being processed, then it's not instantly returned to you, and does go back to original payment source.
If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.
Paying with a debit / bank card? Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.
Credit card payment? This takes the longest, up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
