Refund
I recently received an item I purchased, but unfortunately, it appears to be counterfeit. I was under the impression that I was buying a genuine product, so I’m very disappointed. I would like to request a full refund for the item as I did not receive what was advertised.

select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it to eBay after 3 complete working days.
