Mentor10 months agoNothing eBay can do, ' on paper' it looks like you refunded voluntarily. To refund through a cancellation it takes a few clicks for that refund to go through.
What was the refund for? Did you refund before receiving back an item?
You can send the buyer a polite message explaining the error asking for them to repay you the refund, this can be done via PayPal, cheque or bank transfer , but, nothing you can do to enforce this, you are playing now on the buyer's honesty to send back the erroneous refund.

I mistakenly refunded the wrong customer. I message him now and make a humble request if he can transfer me the amount. Let's hope for best.
