Mentor10 months agoYou do not ask for a refund. You open a not received case, if no refund within 3 days then you escalate to ebay who refund at sellers expense.
If simple delivery was used then ebay may refund direct to you, allowing seller to keep money.
Does seem rather open to abuse by sellers.
