I buy WiFi adapter from eBay through seller and when arrived found the item not working and I requested refund from eBay after that seller asked me to cancel return and close the case and don’t complain the issue so he will send to me another WiFi adapter. When I cancel return and refund seller not responding and don’t send my item and eBay not open the case again
what can I do now

Mentor5 months agoYou have been conned by the seller as once you have closed a case on ebay you can't open another one. That's it as far as help from ebay goes.
You could try a claim with the entity that provided the funds for the purchase.
