Good morning,
You (ebay) E mailed me on 15 April 2026 with a tracking number, order no, and seller name.
The dressing gown has arrived and was stating size M when originally ordered as shown in the photo but it has arrived as size L and is huge, far too big for me. I would like to return it or exchange it for a M size. There is no return address on the envelope it arrived in, except a courier address.
How do I contact the seller when the item is not even showing on my eBay purchase list ?
It looks like a Chinese seller.
Can you please check and advise

You probably were not logged in when bought, so you have bought as a guest. If so you will have received an email from ebay, and you have to open the return case through that.

Mentor5 months agoJust to help with this and any future purchases you may do on eBay and face an issue read eBay's 30 day MBG Money Back Guarantee policy it's written on every listing found below the Returns and Payment details.
Link here explains the MBG , too. Worth familiarising yourself with this, it can save you a lot of time and money when buying on eBay.

Seller provides returns label, you send back for full refund.
If no label or refund, escalate on day 4.
Do NOT ask for exchange, get a refund & order again.
Ignore seller excuses.

OP5 months agoThere is no 'Help' section icon at the right hand side of my screen. When I log in to my Ebay account there is a 'help & contact' icon on the left of my screen, I click on that and it asks me to select the item from the purchase listings. This item, for some unknown reason, does not appear at all on my recent purchase listings.
Can you please contact the seller and ask them to send a paid return label please, stating the item does NOT fit as I cannot contact the seller as I can not access and see the purchase listing for it.
Just do not understand why the listing is not showing on my purchase history.
