Receiving payment
I hand delivered an item to the buyer but didn't realise he needed to scan a code he paid for postage and the account says I haven't posted the item how do I let ebay know he's received it so I can get the money

Mentor2 weeks agoCorrect procedure, would have been to cancel sale with buyer’s agreement and relist for collection and buyer buys again.

You don't get a code with an item not listed for collection.
