Received letter instead of Item
A seller has, instead of sending my item sent me a letter, with tracking information uploaded to eBay, stating that I should ignore all eBay tracking and delivery date and that it is being processed with their delivery partner Amazon is this even allowed

Mentor11 months agoI would wait a week and see if item arrives from Amazon.
If it doesn't, you have 30 days to open ebay case.
Make sure it is item not as described case, not item not received as you did receive a letter.
Don't let seller string you along with excuses.
