Received less funds than what ebay said I would
Hello, im a relatively new seller, and I sold an item which after deductions and fees (postage, buyer protection, ad fee, etc) would have earned me £100.76. For whatever reason, however, only £77.96 appeared in my ebay balance. I've tried to look around and see if there was a hidden fee or i have been charged for something but I couldn't find anything, not from the payment details on the order, or from my payments or payouts page on the site. That missing £23~ has seemingly vanished and I don't really know what to do, I can't find a contact email for ebay and the virtual assistant did not help? am I missing something really obvious?

Mentor5 months agoDid you add any reserves on your listings? These cost a 4% of your set reserve, and it's non refundable sale or no sale, as with all optional listing upgrades.
Did you promote your items? This also costs a fee.

OP5 months agothink I figured it out! so I did check the transactions page before I made my post, and there was a £22.80 charge for the ad fee of a sale I made on the same day I received my payment (today). Since that is the exact amount 'missing', I think thats what has happened, it took the ad fee from my balance as opposed to the order total
