I have received an item which I want to send back. The problem is it is not recorded as a purchase and is not on my purchase history list

Mentor5 months agoIf you bought without being logged in you will have been classed as "guest" buyer and here's how to claim:

The other possibility is that the seller has been suspended, and their account and the item have been removed from ebay. If so you would have to contact your payment provider about getting a refund.
