Received an item ordered by previous tenant

Hi, I have been delivered an item for a previous tenant at my property and is from EBAY. How do I find the seller to let him know or do I just return parcel? Would I have to pay to return it?

If there's a return address on the label (there should be, it will be in tiny font) or an address on the reverse of the package just cross out your address and write "not at this address, please return to sender' and pop it in a post box (if Royal Mail).
