Hi everyone,I'm looking for some advice because I'm really frustrated.I purchased an Apple Watch on eBay. When the package arrived, I opened it and found a cheap toy watch instead of a genuine Apple Watch.I immediately contacted the seller, but they are accusing me of replacing the watch myself, which is completely false.Fortunately, I took photos while opening the package, and I also took photos of everything before submitting the return request. I have already opened a return case.The most frustrating part is that I've been dealing with this for 10 days. I still don't have the Apple Watch I paid for, and I haven't received my money back either.Has anyone experienced a situation like this? Did eBay side with you if you had photos of the unboxing? Is there anything else I should do to improve my chances?Thank you for any advice.
