Received a Empty Envelope No package inside

Good evening everyone,
Today I received my order as just an empty envelope 😞. When my son opened it there was nothing inside the envelope. No response from the seller. How can I get a refund or the same product. Please advise. Thank you

Mentor6 days agoI feel that unless envelope really damaged a not as described case is best.
Just saying the wrong thing and ebay could assume abuse of the “damaged” as ebay pays
up and neither buyer or seller end up out of pocket.

Mentor6 days agoIf the package was damaged open a return using "damaged in transit" as the reason. If the seller used ebay's Simple Delivery ebay will issue the refund and the seller keeps the payment. You will not be required to return the empty packaging. Do not open a not received case, you will not win that.
