Mentor9 months agoeBay's deadline for claims remains at 30 days from delivery date. I'm afraid they won't help with a refund and you're too late to apply to your payment provider.

Mentor9 months agoNo, sorry. There's no way ebay would do anything. They don't even help with warranties just after their 30 day deadline.
