Recall of dangerous product
Hi, I received a recall notice for a battery powered wrench i bought on ebay. I contacted the seller after 90 days as I only unboxed the item about 3 months after purchasing it. After 2 minutes of use, the wrench started to smoke and burnt out. I contacted the seller to tell them the problem but they refused to refund due to it being after 90 days. I have since received a recall notice yesterday about this product being dangerous. I can't contact ebay cause trying to find someone to contact is IMPOSSIBLE! Any help would be greatly 👏 thank you

Mentor10 months agoEbay will do nothing in these cases. Their responsibility involves letting consumers know there might be a problem, but you cannot use the MBG because you are out of time.
Contact the manufacturer or your bank to start a chargeback.
