Recall for Powerful Car Vacuum Cleaner Wet/Dry Cordless Cleaning UK
I received recall notification from eBay. These are no information of refund matters.
Seller and eBay didn't respond for a month.
How can I get the refund?
where can I get a help?
Are there anybody had same experiences?

Yes, eBay must keep a database of past sales because they regularly pass on recall notices for items sold here.
The point to remember is that eBay doesn't sell anything. Once their own 30 day money back guarantee has expired, any problems with an item are the respnsibility of the selller. Unfortunately many sellers on eBay don't want to know.
This shouldn't come as a surprise. eBay even warns buyers that they don't guarantee that items sold here will be truthfully described, or that they will even be safe or legal. That's quite a risk to take - would you have bought from a shop that stated this?
Buying from unknown sellers on eBay isn't like buying from the shops. eBay is a jungle. If you can't find a way to sort this out you may just end up having to bin the item.

OP10 months agoI bought it because it has a lifetime warranty. but I doubt how I can tell
if it will be a problem in the future. Then I recalled it. No way to chase
the company, because they ignore and change the company name.
eBay shopping is always a third choice for me, because I feel it is not
safe to buy from variety seller. I remember ebay customer service was very
helpful before, but I couldn't find the same option this time.

Mentor10 months agoFar too late for ebay, but you could try your payment provider.
Ebay never gives details for refunds, they are notified of recalls and pass on to buyers. It is possible that recall does not even apply to your model. Suggest contacting manufacturer, but if they are in China for example, doubt you will get far.

OP10 months agoI bought it one and a half years ago.
The seller seems to be related to China. The company ignored my message and
I think they changed their company name in ebay.
I can't find manufacturer contact.
I wish ebay could help these processes more on the customer side.
