Hi, I bought a set of curtains and beanbag from a seller after messaging her to say the prive for postage looked low. She ammended and I bought the item. She then said she wasn't going to post the bean bag, only the outer shell and asked me to cancel my order. By the time I got to the message, she had already cancelled my order. I can't see the reason she gave for cancelling and I'm a bit concerned she might have said it was at my request and there might be some sort of blark mark against me for cancelling. How can I find out the reason given, please? I've asked her but she hasn't replied.

Mentor5 months agoShe may well have cancelled the order citing Buyer requests to Cancel as this does not affect her seller performance but will fully refund you.
It won't leave any black mark on your account.
