Realising you purchased a wrong item moments after purchasing
I purchased an alloy for my car then realised it’s not the right one. Similar size but not same. I can’t seem to cancel the order. Contacted seller but no response yet. How can you stop an order before it’s shipped to you?

Mentor10 months agoAs said business sellers have to accept returns, but as a change of mind return then you have to pay the return postage.

Mentor10 months agoAssuming you've paid there's nothing you can do if the seller won't cancel. If it's a business seller they are supposed to accept cancellations but ebay cannot force them to. They also have to accept returns which you can do through ebay, so you have that option.
