Reactivate your eBay account
Hi Can you help me ebay saying your account is permenently rescrited
We wanted to let you know that you have been temporarily restricted from selling and buying on eBay because of concerns about your seller account. This must be frustrating, but measures like these help keep our marketplace safe for everyone.

Mentor4 months agoJust ensure you have fully completed registering for eBay's Managed Payments here:
You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified. The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive, and confirm to eBay.
Once this is completed, you will be able to list items for sale, and receive payouts from those sales.
This will show you how to register for eBay's Managed Payments.

Mentor4 months agoWe can't help with restrictions. They often happen with new accounts and there is no obvious reason for it so presumably something has been triggered but only ebay knows what.
It is not clear from your post whether it's a permanent or temporary restriction. If temporary you are usually asked to give ebay some information.

OP4 months agoI understand that restrictions can happen with new accounts. I would really
appreciate your help in checking whether my account restriction is
temporary or permanent.
If any information or documents are required, please let me know and I will
provide them as soon as possible.
I am willing to fully cooperate and comply with all eBay policies. Kindly
guide me on the next steps to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your support.

Mentor4 months agoWe are just other members like you. We can't actually help with restrictions. Only ebay can deal with those, and they won't do anything if the restriction is permanent.
