re-listing a refunded item
A buyer purchased a 'collection only' item from me, and then changed his mind. I agreed to refund this, and he now has his money back. However, the item has now disappeared from eBay. Do I start again and re-list it?
I am worried that the paperwork may not match up if it is sold again and there will be confusion.

OP1 month agoIf you search the item id, 117291292639, the system does not recognise the number.

OP1 month agoHi there and thanks for the help! There is a page which states 'Order is cancelled' and I am confident that the other party has had a refund. Do I just start over, and re-list it as though it is a new listing?

Mentor1 month ago · EditedDid you cancel the sale? If so it will go to unsold items and so long as you do not have any variables available for relisting.
There is nothing unusual about cancelling a sale and should not cause any problems.
