Mentor10 months agoImpossible to tell from feedback etc., what the problem is but you will know from your seller dashboard. I presume you have a defect, and as ebay expect a defect rate of no more than 2%, with a low number of sales even 1 defect would represent more than 2%.
Only way to resolve is a lot more sales, or just wait for defect, which stays for 12 months, to drop off your records.
