Random suspension of simple delivery

I have 70+ listings on ebay which were all entered for simple delivery. I have just discovered that the postage costs have been made feinter and a line is drawn across with 0.00 now showing in the postage amount box on over half of these listings seemingly at random. I have followed all the steps regarding payment policy repeatedly . but with no result.If I try to edit the listing it completely stops the listing altogether. Does anyone know what is going on. I am getting pretty desperate.

Mentor4 days agoEbay has a promotion on postage for certain clothing at the moment.
If buyers choose click & collect, it is free.
If home delivery they pay postage as listed.

If I call up a search page for all of your listings there are postage prices showing, and I looked at a couple of them and the postage prices were showing correctly.
