Question About VAT and Import Charges for Shipping to the UK
If the watch is sent from the United States to the United Kingdom, will it be subject to VAT or any additional import charges? In other words, would I need to pay any extra fees upon delivery in order to receive the watch?
I would appreciate it if you could clarify this for me.

Mentor5 months agoEbay usually collects the vat at checkout for items under £135, above that you have to pay the courier when the item arrives inthe UK.

Mentor5 months agoAll imports up to £135 will require payment of VAT, above that import Duty.
I am not sure but believe it is collected by delivery service, Royal Mail for example require payment before delivery and also charge their own fee. Some couriers deliver and invoice for fees.
