Query with Buyers Return Reason
My buyer decided she didnt like something I sold and I said she could return - there was nothing wrong with the item but she put not as described and I have accepted the return.
I dont see why I should pay for her to return the item she didnt like but I cannot see how I can change this now?
Any help much appreciated

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you don't accept change of mind returns on your listings the buyer had to choose a not as described reason to open the return.

OP3 weeks agoI didnt realise until after I had accepted it that she had put a different reason for the return - is there anything I can do or do I have to suck it up?! I have to say I dont see why I should pay as she has decided now she has the ring the design is too big for her finger - I do list as no refunds as well, I am not a business, just selling items that no longer fit me etc.

Mentor3 weeks agoNo refunds means no returns, so even if you said you would accept a return, the buyer could not open the correct case, so I am afraid this is your fault, as the only case she could open was not as described.

OP3 weeks agoSorry as an add on - I dont accept returns full stop, like I said below I am not a business I am a private seller, I have done a return before and not paid postage? Is that because I refunded because they had changed mind - Not what the buyer requested ?
