Quantity not updating on refunded items.
I have refunded on two listings, but the quantity hasn't updated, it stills shows as sold. Do I update this manually?

·6 months agoYou will have to change it yourself.
The Ebay system doesn't make your items available again if a sale is cancelled/returned/refunded.
