Qr postage will not scan
I have sold an item and when I have tried to scan the qr code it says cannot print the label contact your agency but eBay does not explain what to do as they just says it’s been dispatched which it clearly hasn’t

Mentor3 weeks agoJust to add, as soon as you trigger a Simple Delivery Label, it marks the item as dispatched.

Mentor3 weeks agoThe Post Office scans the QR code and prints the label, you can't scan it yourself.
