I'm returning item via DHL (UK to USA) but dont have a printer.
How do I get a QR code to get label printed off in a shop ?

Mentor1 week agoIf you can use the app on your phone or take a photo of the QR code, you can take that to your post office and they will print the label for you.

Mentor1 week agoIf it is a "not as described" return it should have been automatically accepted and you should get email notification with a link to the return label/QR code. If it's a "change of mind" return the seller needs to accept it (or not) and then you get the link.

OP1 week ago · EditedIt's a Returm due to not fitting. eBay have accepted the return. I cannot find QR code anywhere

Mentor1 week ago"Doesn't fit" is a change of mind return so you have to pay for the postage yourself. You should get a label via ebay though. If not contact ebay in the morning. Click on help at top of a page, select subject and type in "Speak to agent". Repeat if necessary.

Mentor1 week agoI don't think ebay will provide an international label, the OP needs to sort this out themselves.

OP1 week agowhat should i have chose so it doesnt affect the seller? i couldnt the live chat option to popup but did somehow find the emaul us button. i remember why i try not to use ebay for purchases now after all this hassle. thanks for your help
