Hi, I wasn't present when a buyer collected the item, my neighbour sorted it for me. How do I put in that collection has been made so my funds will be released, I have asked the buyer to send me a copy of the QR code but have not had any reply.

Mentor10 months agowithout the code you cannot confirm collection but your payment should be released in around 14 days.
