Mentor2 weeks agoIt is allowed, but using a brand or logo on photos is not allowed on listings.
Very poor idea of ebay but by using ebay you agree to their T & C, but it is a very poor seller who cannot add their own pictures. To my mind any buyer who buys from this sort of picture, is not getting the item in picture and should open a not as described case.

Mentor2 weeks agoWhen you list an item with photos, as part of ebay agreement you allow any other seller to use your photo.

OP2 weeks agoYes I understand that. Yet they do not have my permission to alter change or add his own stamps on it

Mentor2 weeks agoThere is a report button on every listing. It's a ? mark bottom right. Click on that select ' Product or Listing' for the reason for report.

OP2 weeks agoeBay's picture policy strictly prohibits sellers from adding text, logos, watermarks, or ownership attributions to their listing photos, have reported this and there reply is as follows , We reviewed your appeal of a decision we made on one of your content reports, and we didn’t find the content to be in violation of our policy. WASTE OF TIME , DO NOT ADHERE TO THERE OWN POLICIES , I SEND MY PHOTOS WHICH ALL HAVE A EMBEDDED WATERMARK TO PROVE OWNERSHIP
