Purchasing as a guest

I am trying to purchase an item as a guest as I cancelled my eBay account some time ago. Each time I try to purchase an item eBay sends me to its "create an account" page which stops me from purchasing.

You've got an account now, the one you're using here. You have registered in the USA and you're on the UK site so log out, clear cookies and log back onto the .com site.
