purchased one Xbox 360 game charged for six received only one
I purchased one Xbox 360 game at £4.35 after a few minutes noticed that they had charged me £26.10 for six games, requested a cancellation which they agreed to but 24 hours later cancellation request was denied they said item had been posted, what I received was one game, contacted the seller with numerous emails and photos of the item and package received, no refund, so started a case with Ebay, but now I notice Ebay have put the case on hold for a few weeks because seller has said item was posted. the Ebay system will not let me contact them, what can I do ?

Mentor11 months agoDid you open item not received case, if so you will lose.
Luckily this is only time you can close 1 case to open another.
Open item not as described case, you paid for 6 items, not received 1.
Seller supplies returns label, you post item back for full refund.

OP11 months agoYes I did open a goods not received request with Ebay, but Ebay put request on hold for 3 weeks as the seller stated item was despatched, problem was there is no way you can contact Ebay Customer Services which is a big problem and I feel that this is unsatisfactory, I have been buying and selling on Ebay for years
