Purchased item, seller not answering any messages. No shipping info or item sent update.
Purchased item 03rd June, seller not answering any messages. No shipping info or item sent update. eBay sent an automated email saying it will arrive tomorrow. This is the accounts first sale.
Will eBay have a telephone contact for this seller. Or something. I am being totally blanked. Obviously suspecting a fraudulent account at this point.
Any advice appreciated.

Mentor3 months agoIt's possible the seller didn't use ebay postage and therefore won't be able to change the tracking number so you won't get updates. It may just arrive. Just keep in mind ebay's 30 day deadine for claims and if necessary open one before then to get your money back.
