I purchased an item which arrived. It doesn't show up in my purchases so cant request a refund.

Unfortunately, there has been an error retrieving your order.

Use a laptop / PC with Chrome, that seems to work well.

Mentor6 months agoIf it doesn't show up in your Purchase History in your eBay account, this may be, because it wasn't used, and you made a Guest Purchase.
